Proxly is a pre-launch hardware company based in California. This page describes what we collect on getproxly.com today. We have no product shipping yet, so we hold very little.

What we collect

Your email address, when you give it to us

Three places on this site ask for an email: the reservation and waitlist forms, the Beta program form, and the opener-finder tool. Those forms are handled by Netlify Forms, and submissions reach us by email. Depending on the form, we also receive what you tell us about your vehicle and opener so we can answer your question.

We use your email to reply to you and to send updates about the product build, demos, and compatibility news. Every message has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they arrive from. It sets cookies and processes your IP address. We run it in consent mode, so analytics and advertising storage stay denied until you accept. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no passwords, no payment details on this site. Reservations are handled by an external payment processor and we never see or store card numbers. We do not buy contact lists or enrich what you give us with data from third parties.

Who else sees it

Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions. Google provides analytics. Our email runs on Google Workspace. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Email addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Form submissions are kept while we are answering you and for our records of the beta program. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

Your choices

Email getproxly@gmail.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask you to justify the request. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking. The same email address is how you exercise them.

You can decline analytics cookies through the consent banner, and you can block them in your browser at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to getproxly@gmail.com.
