Terms of Use
Last updated: August 29, 2026
These terms cover getproxly.com. Using the site means you accept them. Proxly is a pre-launch hardware company based in California.
About the information on this site
We publish guides about gate and garage openers, HomeLink, and related products. That material is general information drawn from public manufacturer documentation and from what owners report. It is not official guidance from any manufacturer, and it is not professional installation advice.
Programming steps, wiring, and compatibility vary by model, model year, and firmware. Check your own manual and the manufacturer's current documentation before you program or wire anything. Working on a garage door opener or gate operator carries real risk of injury and of damaging equipment. If you are not sure, hire a qualified installer.
We correct errors when we find them or when someone points one out. If you spot something wrong, email getproxly@gmail.com and we will fix it.
Trademarks
HomeLink is a registered trademark of Gentex Corporation. myQ, LiftMaster, and Chamberlain are trademarks of The Chamberlain Group. Other product and brand names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them to describe compatibility and to compare products. Proxly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Product claims and pre-launch status
Proxly hardware has not shipped. Descriptions of what it does reflect the product as designed and as we are building it, not a track record of units in the field. Specifications, pricing, and timelines can change before launch. We update this site when they do.
Reservations
A reservation holds your place in line. It is fully refundable, it is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee a delivery date. Ask for a refund at any time by emailing getproxly@gmail.com and we will return it.
Your content
If you send us feedback, questions, or ideas, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.
Liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage or loss arising from following information published here, including damage to equipment or property. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above when these terms change. Questions go to getproxly@gmail.com.
